HiTEC! Aftermovie 2023
Project Overview: Hi!Tec is the official welcome and orientation event for incoming students at Tecnológico de Monterrey; a multi-day experience filled with community-building activities, campus tours, and emotional highlights. As part of the student creative team, I led postproduction for the official aftermovie, which was crafted to tell a cohesive and heartfelt story of how students lived and felt the event.

Full postproduction: video editing, narrative assembly, and color grading.
Developed a rhythmic, emotional cut designed to reflect the structure and emotional arc of the event.
Coordinated with the creative team to align visuals with the broader communication strategy.
Target Audience:
First-year students, upperclassmen mentors, and the wider Tec community, aiming to reinforce a sense of belonging, pride, and excitement among new students.
Results:
The aftermovie was screened during the closing ceremony at Arena Borregos, creating an emotional high point that resonated strongly with the attendees. It was also published on social media, extending the reach of the experience and leaving a lasting impression on students and staff alike.
