DEADPOOL (VFX Short)

Project Objectives

  1. Create a short sequence integrating a live-action character with a virtual 3D character inside a fully digital environment

  2. Practice real-time production workflows using Unreal Engine

  3. Explore hybrid pipelines that combine traditional compositing with virtual production and mocap animation

  • Performed and captured body motion using mocap suit

  • Keyed out green screen footage and composited it into the digital environment

  • Directed virtual camera movement and lighting

  • Edited the full sequence to deliver a cohesive and stylized short
