• Performed camera and object tracking for accurate 3D integration.

• Executed rotoscoping and cleanup of original plates.

• Adjusted 3D projections to match perspective and body positioning.

• Integrated the mermaid tail across shots.

• Matched blur, grain, lighting, and overall texture for cohesive compositing.

Target Audience:

Fans of alternative and experimental pop music, as well as audiences engaged with RUBIO's music videos.

Results

The final VFX integrated the mermaid tail element into the live-action environment, supporting the conceptual narrative of the piece.
